Tech that turns whole foods into nutritious ingredients for plant-based foods with zero waste.

Food is at the heart of the human story. Yet, the way we produce it is in urgent need of an overhaul. Food production is responsible for about a third of all greenhouse emissions, while 70% of the world's freshwater and nearly half of its habitable land are used for agriculture.

Whole. is super-smart tech that turns whole foods (fruit & veg, grains & legumes, etc) into highly-nutritious, shelf-stable ingredients that can be used to make plant-based foods. It’s ZERO-WASTE, uses minimal ENERGY and WATER, and involves NO CHEMICALS.

This is one climate innovation that is urgently needed by the food industry, our bodies, and our planet.

Progress to date:

Whole. are coming out of 2 years of intensive R&D, during which time they've fully de-risked their technology. Having recently commissioned a large R&D facility they’re primed for commercialisation and scaling.

The potential:

The global demand for plant-based, nutritious ingredients is booming. Whole.’s tech is perfectly positioned to play a major role in disrupting the ingredient manufacturing industry, dramatically reducing food waste, energy- and water-use, as well as the use of nasty chemicals in food ingredient production.
